Happy Halloween!
Today I was very very very lucky! I encountered many kind people. Here are those who could gain nothing by being nice to me. In another words, 100% true kindness -
Firstly, after I had successfully chased the bus, I discovered my Octopus card had no values … “Oh…!!! No!!! I don’t wanna get off the bus. I just ran so hard and I don’t want to be late!” … When I almost needed to get off the bus, I asked the passenger standing next to me for change of coins. Lucky!!! :) And the ride only took me 15 min~~~ Hooray!
After I got off the bus at Choi Hung, a man kindly reminded me about my wallet. I was carrying a transparent tote without zip. My wallet was at the very top that anyone can easily steal it from my back. Thanks for the kind man, my wallet is still with me :)
Now I really really really need to change my mindset!!! I didn’t like old areas of Hong Kong very much, mainly because I believed the quality / conduct of people there were bad. Today, I told myself not to stereotype people anymore!
Thank you all the kind people! I know I will encounter more of you!!!
A friend emailed me about my blog … Really happy to know that friends do read my blog! Yeah!
Gotta keeping writing!!!!!!!!
Thanks Readers! :)
Today, we went home together by MTR. Friends, drop me a message to go home together, even if it is only one stop overlapping!
I remember I liked heading out the office with Alex Yeung. Although it was only 2 MTR stations that we overlapped, I enjoyed the short 15, 20 min journey including the walk to the MTR station. We could talk about everything and I could always tease him… hahaha! Of course, now he has forgotten subway already, but driving in the US…
I hope there will be more and more friends going home together. Even if it is only a 5-minute journey, It is always warm & happy to have a “go-home buddy”.
Found this wonderful Van-calling Service Company online called 高盛客貨車電召中心. I would use their service whenever I need a van! Highly recommended
They offer very reasonable price! From Kwun Tong to Shatin was only HKD 65 (excluding tunnel fees). Also, they are very polite and helpful. The call center tried very best to get me a van at my desire time.
Thanks 高盛! I now have a comfortable chair at home! :)
The upcoming Wed will be the Double Ninth Festival (ninth day of the ninth month in Chinese calendar). My family visited the graves this morning in order to get rid of the crowd on the exact date.
Every year, my uncle prepare almost everything. Food, incense, paper offering…… My mom and I only had to get some flowers. Thank you my uncle’s great efforts in all these years! Afterwards, we went yam cha with grandparents.
This is the Cheung family’s tradition. I hope this will last forever!
